Townhouses

Townhouses are a fantastic option for buyers who want to take things easy. These are homes that share a wall with a neighbor, and have a small amount of yard to take care of, but other than that the HOA runs things. These homes are much less than a single family dwelling (a house). These also include extras for the community, such as a pool and a community center for large gatherings.


Anthem Arizona is not known for having a lot of townhouses, in fact most of the homes here are single family dwellings. A townhouse will usually share a wall with a neighbor, and the only thing the resident needs to worry about is taking care of the interior of the home – the rest is taken care of by the Home Owners Association. These can be good investment opportunities, as they cost much less than a house.
